Cleaned and Working Procedures

The machine is thoroughly cleaned inside and out. All components are then checked to make sure they are fully operational and repaired if faulty. Equipment is then coin tested and the customers' prices programmed. A lock with 2 keys is installed and it's ready to ship.
 
Warranty: Machine is guaranteed to work properly when it arrives.
 

Refurbished Procedures:
 

DRINK MACHINES: 
Pressure wash machine, bodywork, prime and paint, install new sign (buttons, coin insert bezel and trim if necessary). Check, Replace or Repair if necessary: condenser fan motor, evaporator fan motors, vend motors, switches, control board, display, ballast, thermostat, power cord, compressor and all other electrical components. Rebuilt changer and validator (new belts and 

rollers) installed. The refrigeration unit is checked for correct operation for 72 hours. Machine is then coin tested, levelers are greased, customers flavor strips installed and prices are programmed in, lock and 2 keys installed. We have done contract refurbishing by the 1000's for Pepsi-Buffalo Rock, Gatorade-FritoLay and Nestels Quick.

SNACK MACHINES: 
Clean machine inside and out, remove: front trim, panels, delivery bin, coin insert bezel and buttons. Bodywork is done, then primed and paint. Check, Repair or Replace if necessary: control board, display, vend motors, harnesses, power cord and all other electrical components. New parts: front panels, trim, selection labels, price labels, light bulbs and lock with 2 keys.

Plus anything else to make  the front of the machine look brand new. Rebuilt changer and validator (new belts and rollers) installed. Machine is then coin tested, levelers greased, customer's prices programmed in and it's ready to ship.

COFFEE MACHINES:
Clean machine inside and out, pull front off machine, do body work, prime and paint. Check, Replace or Repair if necessary: control board, display, cup-drop motors, harnesses, power cord and all other electrical components. De-lime the tank. Install new parts: front panels, trim, sign, light bulbs, coin insert bezel, cup bezel, water valves, water filter and brewer parts (rebuild 

brewer). Rebuilt changer and validator (new belts and rollers) installed. Machine is then tested for 72 hours, coin tested, levelers greased, customers' prices programmed in and it's ready to ship.

SANDWICH MACHINES: 
Clean machine inside and out. Pull turrert, disassemble and clean. Pull off old trim and front panels. Bodywork, prime and paint the machine. Check, Repair or Replace if Necessary: control boards, transport motor, door switches, door solenoids, evaporator fans, condenser fans, directional solenoids, triacs, displays, ballast, temp probe and door blower motor. 

NEW PARTS: front panels, delivery doors, directional solenoids, refrigeration triacs, trim, light bulbs and anything else to make the machine look brand new. The machine is coin tested and checked for proper cooling for the next 72 hours, levelers greased, customers' prices programmed in and it's ready to ship.

New Equipment Procedures:
When new equipment arrives from the manufacturer it is uncrated and checked for scratches and dings all over its exterior and interior. The changer and validator are then installed, customer's prices programmed in and the product labels installed. Afterward, every selection is coin tested and checked. After testing the machine is prepared for shipment/delivery and sent to the customer.
